So, yet another Zune Connected issue! I’m guessing that I’ll be able to do an issue every week wrapping up all the Zune news for that week.
Probably the most bizarre news of this week is the Zune tattoo. A true Zune fan I’d say? 
We also can’t help but mention that the Zune for Dummies will be released on July 10th! Much kudos goes to the authors and especially Harvey, the man behind Zunerama for all his hardwork the last few months in getting a Dummies book for the Zune!

Recently I have become frustrated with zune. I like the product itself but some recent events with the zune marketplace have me fuming. About 3 months ago I purchased some points on the marketplace, at that time they double charged me (and gave me double points). I recall it being an error out when i went to purchase. This is a tad annoying but I let it go since I would spend the points eventually….or so I thought. For the past month and a week I have been unablen to spend points at the marketplace on any computer anywhere. They have my money and I have points, but I am unable to use them since I cannot buy any songs. I have contacted their support multiple times on the issue and they dont know how to fix it obviously, whats worse however is they refuse to give me a refund on the points i cant even spend. I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and they are trying to force me to just suck it up while they figure out problems.

While I don’t personally have any problems with my Zune I do think that a Dummies book for the Zune is certainly going to make the author some tidy profits. Cudos!

I love my zune, I absolutely love it. But recently, I’ve been extremely agitated with it. I HATE with a passion the zune software. I am just so used to opening up the folder itself, and just being able to drop songs into the folder. I think that was microsofts big mistake. Why have the zune only be compatible with one program. =/
And, for some reason, the software wont recognize my zune anymore. so I cant put any more songs on it. =[ good thing I got about 20 gigs of it filled up.

I recently have had the same problem. Ive had my zune for about 8 months and it has worked fine but just a couple of days ago my comp wont recognize it. the usb port recognizes my flash drive, and when i plug the zune in it charges, but my comp wont recognize my zune. For some reason though when i plug it into another computer, it recognizes it Any suggestions?

i plug my usb to my zune and nothing happens….so i bought a new wire and still wont work,my zune died because i cant charge it. How could i get this working?
